With two classes starting at Red Oaks in October join Donna Budd Fitness to boost your fitness and training. Circuit training is a method of resistance training, or weight training, that maximizes the volume of work done in a short period of time. Circuit training is great for weight loss, muscle gain and overall strength increases. Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

Swindon Reds Volleyball Club is Swindon’s volleyball club established in 2016. The Clubs aim is to offer volleyball for all regardless of ability. The Club is run for the benefit of all members to enable them to learn and play volleyball to the level that their ability and commitment allows. The Club’s aim is to adopt an open policy and welcome all individuals into its membership. On top of that we are here to have some fun and make new friends. Training sessions take place on Thursday Evenings from 8:30pm till 9:30pm and Sundays from 1:00 pm till 4:00pm. We don't want to just play great volleyball but we would also like to share our knowledge and experience with the younger generation. Our mission is to build sport awareness and maximise player development for young athletes in the local area. Offering over 200 different activities from abseiling and archery to drama, street sports and water zorbing, Scouting helps 6-25 year olds grow in confidence, achieve their full potential and become active members of their communities. 7th Swindon Scout Group runs Beavers, Cubs and Scouts on a Monday evening, 6-9pm.
